File downloads now work. There are only server files to download right now since I still have some work to do for downloading and submitting. Hopefully it will be done soon!
Still working on the site... just very slowly. I finally got through some file uploading problems so now I can get that going next. It will still take some time yet.
As you might have noticed, I've added a place holder for a shoutbox, to the bottom of the right column. I've also added the start to the downloads section. Give it a look, but not all the links work yet and no files are truly there to download. I'm just getting the layout set up, then I can get to the actual coding of it all. I'm liking how it looks already.
